What is the Vineland Adaptive Behaviour Scales?

The Vineland Adaptive Behaviour Scales (Vineland-3) is a standardized assessment tool used to measure an individual's adaptive behavior skills across various domains, providing valuable insights into their functional abilities and areas of strength and need, and support the diagnosis of intellectual and developmental disabilities, autism, and developmental delays.

When to Consider an Assessment:

  • Referred for assessment by healthcare professionals, such as GP, Paediatrician, or Psychiatrist, or other Allied Health Professionals

  • To aid with the diagnosis of intellectual and developmental disabilities and Autism Spectrum Disorder.

  • If you are applying for NDIS funding for you or your child.
