  • Yes, we offer telehealth appointments. However, it's important to note that this will depend on the suitability of each client.

  • Please provide at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or changes to appointments. This ensures that we can arrange appointments for others on the waitlist.

  • Yes, If there are no current available time slots, you can be placed on our waitlist. Simply leave your details with us, and we will add you to the list. We will get in contact with you again as soon as there is an opening time slot. While we cannot guarantee a specific timeframe, please know that we are committed to working through the waitlist diligently to accommodate your needs as efficiently as possible. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

Assessments:

  • We offer assessments for children, teens, and adults.  Including, Autism assessment and cognitive assessment. Please refer to out Assssment Page for a full list of assessments.

  • Assessments typically involve an initial interview, followed by standardized tests and questionnaires, and finally a report and feedback session with th individual or parents. Since every assessment is unique and tailored to individual needs, please contact us to discuss your specific situation in detail.

  • The duration varies depending on the specific assessment, with an estimated timeframe typically ranging between 1 and 3 hours.

  • After the assessment, your clinician will compile the information obtained and write a comprehensive report. The clinician will then discuss the results with you in detail and offer recommendations for next steps.

Therapy:

  • We offer evidence-based therapies like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Play-based Therapy.

  • The length of therapy varies depending on individual needs and goals. Our approach focuses on addressing your specific concerns effectively, which means therapy duration can vary. Some clients may find benefit from 1 to 5 sessions, while others may require 10 to 15 sessions or more for deeper exploration and lasting change. We work collaboratively with you to determine the most appropriate duration based on your progress and evolving goals.
